DESCRIPTION
This 135,000 square feet mixed-use building including 20,000 square feet of retail spaces and 80 units condominium will stimulate the popularity of the whole community with more young professionals and retail spaces, as well as promote the walkability. This is the Phase-I of a greater project that is coming along near Katy Freeway.
